🌙 Waxing Moon Studio Policies This studio is a space of sacred self-care — your appointment is more than just a service, it’s a time intentionally set aside for your ritual of beauty and renewal. To honor this space and ensure I can offer the best experience to all guests, please review the policies below: ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling I require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows me time to offer your spot to someone else in need of care. • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments without communication will be charged 100% of the service total. • This includes late arrivals beyond the grace window (see below) that prevent the service from being performed. 💫 Holiday Notice If your appointment falls the day after a holiday or studio closure, your cancellation window ends before the holiday begins — since the holiday itself does not count toward the 48-hour notice period. For example: If your appointment is on Tuesday and Monday is a holiday, the latest you may cancel without a fee is Saturday. ⏳ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. I allow a 5–10 minute grace period depending on the service. If you arrive later than that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge. 🌸 Final Notes I understand that life happens.
